Two Day Course
This seven-hour class teaches students the competencies needed to
conduct quality system audits and perform related tasks in a highly
competent and proficient manner. In the same sense that a company must
operate with sound financial controls and strict auditing principles,
it is essential for any company concerned about its products and
services as well as customer satisfaction and process operation to
apply similar controls and requirements to its quality management
system.
In order to comply with the requirements of Paragraph 8.2.2 of ISO
9000:2000, it is mandatory that companies have an adequate number of
properly trained auditors to conduct internal audits on a regular
basis.
Possessing such an in-house trained staff will prove to be very cost
effective in terms of auditing consistency, product and service
quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

One Day Course
Course Objectives: Achieve ISO Registration easily with effective
documentation and records on your quality system. One of the major
tasks of preparing for ISO 9000 Registration involves collecting and
preparing documentation and records that provide evidence that your
quality system is working properly. The documentation system of an
organization should be arranged in a systematic, orderly, and
understandable manner in the form of a quality manual, procedures and
work instructions. This two-day seminar examines how to successfully
complete your documentation project so your internal and
pre-registration audits are most effective and productive. You will
explore ISO product quality, evaluating your quality system, and
achieving maintaining quality improvements. Only the procedures that
affect the quality of the product or service must be documented, so
you will learn how to eliminate the unnecessary work usually thought
to be part of ISO 9000 registration. You will discover the importance
of documentation and its structure.

One Day Course
Course Objectives: This course explores the ISO 9001:2000 requirements
for corrective and preventive actions and clearly explains the

satisfaction, which should reflect in improved business results. A
correctly designed and implemented corrective/preventive action system
is an important key to achieving these results. Interactive group
exercises are used to demonstrate a systematic approach for
implementing corrective and preventive actions. Through these
exercises the participants will learn to apply a variety of problem
solving tools and techniques. Participants will also discover how to
avoid common pitfalls to problem solving and thus ensure that problems
are permanently resolved.
